These photos were taken in winter and used as a reference along with the landscape plans to create a finished view of the entrance to this new development. The developer used this rendering at trade shows and on his website long before spring came along with other marketing material.

This watercolor rendering was painted when the house was quite far along. It was used to show the landscaping with the house for a magazine article.

This is one of the newer approaches to rendering an idea of a planned building into a photo of an existing property. Three pictures were taken and put together to create one panoramic view of this car dealership. You can see that a two level parking ramp was added in the middle and a second story to the building on the right. Also the sign and flag were added to this view, the street was cleaned up and the sky was enhanced.
River Isle Before & After
This rendering was painted -starting with a computer generated line drawing saving me a lot of time in set up. Also site photo's determined the background and over all feel of this neighborhood environment.
